HISTORY

The 2010–2011 MGP Krunk Y-Bars were one of Madd Gear's most recognisable aftermarket handlebar options during the early 2010s. Built from durable chromoly steel with their distinctive Y-bar design, they quickly became a popular upgrade for riders looking to customise their scooters beyond factory specifications. Krunk bars regularly appeared on both MGP completes and rider-built custom setups throughout the 2010 – 2011 era. 

This particular set features an authentic Rockstar and Monster Energy sticker bombed finish, a style that became synonymous with skatepark culture during the period. Riders commonly personalised their scooters with sponsor decals, creating unique builds that reflected the influence of motocross, BMX and action sports. As a result, no two setups were exactly alike, making original stickered components like these a nostalgic reminder of the golden era of freestyle scootering.
